7 Steps: How Paradise’s white label services work
Paradise’s creative and design services can help your company expand its productivity and business by giving you access to world class talent around the clock. The following is an outline of the work flow and timeline of a white label design case.
Define Project
You meet with a designated Paradise project manager to detail the client’s needs. The project manager defines the scope of the case and proposes a plan. You present the plan to the client. Once the client approves the plan and Paradise receives the deposit, the project manager will begin work on your project.
Creative Strategy
A designated team will do research and analysis on your client’s market. Through mood boards and sketches, the team will propose several visual concepts and strategies. These will be discussed with the client to confirm the creative strategy for the case.
Design Proposal
Paradise will provide 2 to 3 comprehensive designs using that creative strategy. Paradise can explain the concepts behind these designs to the client, analyze pros and cons for each concept, and answer the client’s questions. The client chooses a concept to move forward with.
Adjustments
The design can be adjusted up to 3 times according to the client’s needs.
(Additional adjustments would incur an additional design fee and would take 1-3 days per adjustment.)
Confirmation
The client approves the final design.
Final Design
The final design is produced into finished artwork (or output files) and technical drawing and given to you or the client’s production house to produce.
Mock-up
Paradise can offer suggestions and assistance to adjust design during the mock-up process.
